Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. However, during holidays and periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated based on the amount of product ordered, shipping distance, and selected carrier service. Exact rates will be displayed at checkout.

We currently only ship within the United States—international shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow some time for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.

Lost or Damaged Packages
